Instructor: Bela Clutter
Instruments: Guitar
I have been playing guitar since 1997. I am an avid singer-songwriter and have been writing my own music for about 5 years now. I play anything from Rock-n-Roll and classic rock, to Blues, folk, and bluegrass acoustic music. I also play a mandolin and have been for about 4 years.
I have a lot of knowledge on a guitar, and I know a lot of techniques that would make any average guitar player sound better. Some of those techniques are hammer-ons, pull-offs, slides, and bends, which make any chord guitarist sound fuller. Along with rhythm techniques, I know a lot about scales and other guitar licks, that would make any average guitar player a better soloist and able them to play leads, instead of just rhythm. I know a lot of different ways to get the same chord all over the neck of the guitar which gives any chord a different sound. These consist of bar chords and minor chords that all-and-all just sound cool. So if you’re looking to play guitar, or would like to be a better guitar player, come on in to For A Song & A Story and I’d be happy to teach you.
